Bring it On: The Musical Review

If there is one thing I can say right now, its "WOW!"
For those of you who don't know, Bring It On: The Musical is somewhat based off the movies (the cheerleading concept, the rivalry, and the coincidental red and green uniforms) but is actually completely different. They took the concept of the movies but wrote an entirely different script.
Lets start with the talent:
Some standouts: Taylor Louderman (as Campbell), Neil Haskell (as Steven) and Ariana Debose (as Nautica).
Taylor Louderman: What a talent. From first looks, she is Lauren Froderman's twin. She can sing, dance, stunt, act... she can do it all. What I really noticed is that every tiny step, even if it is hardly anything, she would hit it hard and go full out. I have an incredible amount of respect for performers who do this even when they have been doing the same show over and over for the past 3 months. So much of a fan, even followed her on Twitter. Guilty.
Neil Haskell: Pretty much my first love on SYTYCD. His character was PERFECTLY suited for him. Not too much singing but more acting and stunting so it was definitely sticking to his strengths! Always nice to see one of my SYTYCD faves being successful. He definitely looked great in that cheer outfit too.
Ariana Debose: Who freaking knew the girl had so much swag. She kinda got the chance to show it on SYTYCD but not entirely due to getting eliminated so early on. But damn, the girl was moving around so much and still singing amazingly! Even followed her on Twitter.

Now for the stunting/choreography:
First of all, mad respect for everyone in the cast. Doing all these routines live everyday and all the flips. Like damn. Choreography was amazing. Same guy from In the Heights choreographed, love him then and loved him now. I just love it. Can't get over it.

The songs:
I LOVED 80% of them. There were a couple that just felt cliche and boring but other than that, most were accompanied by some full out dancing and stunting, which y'all should know, I appreciate. But is it  worth downloading... ABSOLUTELY!

Only so many words can describe how much I loved this musical! If it's coming to your town, its definitely worth seeing!
All in all, I definitely put this in my top 3 musicals!!
